Registered with “Registre des Osteopathes de France”. I qualified from l'Ecole Supérieure d'Ostéopathie at Nice Sophia Antipolis University and have specialised in the treatment of top athletes. My practice is split between an osteopathic clinic in town and my work with different sports clubs from the highest level in France. Over the years my passion for osteopathy and an early connection with the sports arena has allowed me to develop a substantial network in various sports.

In my work, I have always made it a priority to keep a good level of communication with my colleagues in primary care. I am in regular contact with general practitioners, consultants, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, paediatricians and radiologists. I feel it is important to achieve the best overall patient care. Hence it is with the above philosophy, coupled with a passion for osteopathy, that I treat and care for every single one of my patients; present, past and future. This way I hope to provide them with the very best of osteopathy.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a discipline based on anatomy and physiology. It uses a mixture of manual techniques aiming to treat musculo-skeletal and myofascial dysfunction.

Osteopathy is an art and a science, which has been develop to diagnose and treat patients. Osteopathy aims to go beyond treating only symptoms and already labelled ailments. It will treat one’s body in a holistic way and restore them to their best possible health. Ultimately, osteopathy should be used preventively in order to keep oneself in good general health.

What to expect from your first appointment

1 - Case History

This is a key step to understanding the cause of your symptom(s). Therefore we must take a detailed medical history including known present and past illnesses, surgeries and various traumas. This is important for us to know what your body has been through. This is a fundamental step in order to understand better the possible cause(s) of the presenting complain.

2 - Tests

A thorough physical assessment and examination is required in order to define as precise a diagnosis as possible. We will look in particular for tensions, imbalances and trigger points.

3 - Treatment

Once we have identified the dysfunctions, we will treat with a range of manipulations in order to stimulate a physiological response and aid the body toward self-healing. Osteopathic manipulations are gentle and painless.

4 - Advices

Finally we will give the patient tailored advice (tips and/or simple exercises). This is of particular importance as it will promote and prolong the treatment’s benefits.
